Here are some of the questions we commonly get asked, if you can’t find what you’re looking for here please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d be happy to answer any queries you may have.

What are your check-in and check-out times? Open/Close

Check-in is between 2pm to 9pm and latest check-out is at 11am.

Early check-in may be possible during quieter periods and should be requested at the time of booking.  If we are not able to make your room available before 2pm, guests are welcome to drop their bags and collect a key, especially useful for those attending early weddings locally at Bolton Abbey.

 

Breakfast is served daily between 8.30am and 10am.

Allergen information is clearly marked on our menus and some of our dishes may adapted, for example to be gluten-free.

It is essential that guests mention any food allergies or intolerances when ordering.  Our chefs will do all they can to accommodate requests for menu adaptations.

 

This may be possible during quieter periods and should be requested at check-in.

Yes, breakfast is included in our room rates.  We are proud to offer a wide choice of breakfast options including cooked to order items such as eggs benedict with smoked salmon and traditional full English, together with cereals, pastries and fruit.

Yes, we can safely store your luggage on your day of arrival and / or day of departure.

Unfortunately none of our rooms offer disabled access as there are stairs to all rooms.
Please also note that there is a steep staircase to the second floor which accesses our Crows’ Nest and Big Splash rooms; please ask prior to booking if more information is required.

We are passionate dog lovers and dogs are very welcome in the bar and part of the restaurant.

We regret that we cannot accommodate dogs in our guest bedrooms.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate requests.

As many of our guests attend weddings at Bolton Abbey, there is always the option to drop bags with us and collect a key if an early check-in isn’t possible.

Yes, there is complimentary car parking available at the rear of the property.

Some of our larger rooms can accommodate an additional, child’s bed for which a charge of £45 is made per night, including breakfast.
It is essential that guests contact us directly, prior to booking, to check availability of additional beds.

Yes, complimentary, high speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

There are two local taxi firms, Ilkley Taxis (01943 656566) and Steeton and Silsden Taxis (01535 601110) and we encourage guests to make bookings directly.
